Q.WHAT IS INCLUDED?
A.One-time Delivery, Pickup, a specific amount of time and tonnage are included with each order.
Time: Roll Off Containers include 7 or 14 days Driveway Friendly Dumpsters include 1 or 7 days You will select the Delivery and Pickup Dates at the time of booking.
Tonnage (Disposal Cost): 10yd Roll Off or Driveway Friendly include 1 ton of debris; 2,000 lbs
20yd Roll Off or Driveway Friendly include 2 tons of debris; 4,000 lbs
Tonnage applies only to the material in the dumpster (not the dumpster itself) and is calculated by the county's landfill.

Q.WHAT CAN I PUT IN THE DUMPSTER?
A.Most household and construction materials are allowed in Salty Bins dumpsters, but there are some Prohibited Items and some items require a Dedicated Dumpster. Please read through the lists below. If you have any questions or need clarification, call anytime 833-725-8924
Prohibited Items: Brick, Block, Concrete, Dirt, Sand, Hunting Refuse, Liquid, Oil, Paint, Paint Cans, Appliances, Computer Equipment, TVs, Batteries, Hazardous Material of any kind.
Dedicated Dumpster Required (cannot be mixed with ANY other material): Yard Debris, Roofing Material, Landscaping Material, Wood Pallets must be approved in advance. These materials can ONLY be placed in Driveway Friendly Dumpsters and must be "clean", meaning they cannot be mixed with any other type of material whatsoever.
Common Items with Fees, charged per Item: Wood Pallets, Mattresses, Box Springs, Appliances, Electronics, Tires. Please call if you have questions about specific items.
PALLET PICK UP SERVICE: Pallets are PROHIBITED in landfills per NC Regulation, but we can pick them up for a separate fee! Please call to inquire about pricing 833-725-8924

Q.WHAT SIZE DUMPSTER DO I NEED?
A.When in doubt, we recommend going bigger!
The price difference between 10yd and 20yd is $100; twice the volume and an additional 1 ton (2,000 lbs) included.
10 cubic yards is equivalent to ~4 pickup truck loads;
20 cubic yards is equivalent to ~8 pickup truck loads
When you click "More Info" for each Driveway Friendly Dumpster or Roll Off Container, you will see the dimensions of that dumpster. In general, the larger dumpsters will require a slightly larger area for placement and have taller walls. Remember, you can only fill the dumpster as high as the top rail (to the brim, not above) so a larger dumpster is always recommended if you have bulky items.

Q.HOW FULL CAN THE DUMPSTER BE?
A.Fill it to the brim! But no higher than the top rail of the dumpster. We strictly enforce an Overload Fee for any dumpster that is not "water-level".

Otherwise, you can order over the phone or online any time! It takes just a couple minutes and you'll receive email confirmation immediately upon booking.
Q.WHEN WILL THE DUMPSTER GET PICKED UP?
A.You will select the delivery and pickup dates at the time of booking. We will send you an email reminder the evening before delivery and pickup. If you are ready for pickup earlier than planned, just give us a call and we'll get it out of the way!
Q.CAN I MOVE THE DUMPSTER?
A.No -- Moving, repositioning, and/or relocating Salty Bins Dumpsters and Containers is strictly prohibited. If you need to have the dumpster moved, please call us immediately. 833-725-8924
